Beginners Yoga Series

This three week beginner series is going to empower you to take control of your body, mind and spirit. At Shakti Yoga we specialize in leading beginner students into their life long yoga practice. Our yoga teachers are experienced, trained and excited to work with you! 

Together we will learn: 1) The History of Yoga; Why do we even practice??  

2) The Physical Foundations of Yoga; What skills and techniques do you need to know before practicing yoga?? 

3) The breakdown of Vinyasa Flow; How do you safely move through a yoga practice??  

4) Safe / Modified poses that work for your body; Every Person is different and requires a different set of skills to practice yoga.  

The goal of this series is to help you reclaim your personal power, provide you with a safe yoga practice foundation, and empower you with the confidence you desire to practice yoga anywhere. This is exaclty what you have been waiting for.  Your Transformation Begins Here 

𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 For Beginner Classes: Saturday, September 4 Saturday, September 11 Saturday, September 18 Plus two additional classes per week = three classes total each week.  

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: Class starts promptly at 11:00am and ends at 12:30pm.

𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭: Your investment is $108.00 This cost includes all introduction classes, class materials and an Unlimited Yoga Membership for the month of September at Shakti Yoga. Each class will include a meditation, instruction and class discussion.
