Aerial Yoga Foundations

Shift your perspective. Join Amy Whitmore for a four week Aerial Yoga Foundations course. In this four week course you will learn the foundations for safely practicing yoga in an aerial silk. Students will learn hand placements, foundational poses, fun transitions and even how to safely invert (go upside down). Students will be supported and guided through this entire course. You are safe here.

This course is designed for beginner Aerial students. Yoga experience is encouraged but NOT required!! A few things to consider:

>This is a four week course, we ask that you attend all four classes.

**No refunds available for any reason. >Payment is made up front for all four weeks.

>You must wear socks.

>You must remove ALL jewelry before getting in the silk.

>Please do not wear anything pointy, jagged or sharp, aka anything that can snag the silk.

>File and smooth your nails before getting in the silk.

>Wash your hands before getting in the silk.

>You must wear a short sleeve/long sleeve shirt: No Tank Tops! *this will prevent your deodorant and body fluids from staining/corroding the silk.

>You do not have to do anything that makes you feel unsafe. Take this at your own pace.

>You will not to bring a yoga mat, socks, and bottle of water.

>Students must be 18 years or older to participate in this course. (or 16 with parent permission)

>400 lb weight limit on each silk.

>Please consult your doctor before attending class if you have any concerns, AT ALL.

>Please let your instructor, Amy know of any injuries or issues prior to the start of class.

>We do not offer private aerial yoga, Yet :)
