Ohmfest Vendor Application

We are so excited for another year of ohmfest! This one day festival is packed with yoga classes, live music, vendors and lots of love! We look forward to reading your applications. Please READ THOROUGHLY AND fill out the vendor application below.

Where: Akridge Scout Reservation

Vendor Hours
10:00 AM arrival + set up
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM vending hours
11:00 AM - 10:00 PM FOOD vending hours
 
All vendors receive a 15x15 space.
Food vendors will receive adequate space for trucks. All vendor spaces include two general admission tickets; one ticket for the applying vendor + one ticket for a guest. Any additional guest will needs to purchase a vendor guest ticket for $25. Every person attending Ohmfest needs an admission ticket to enter. Vendors are welcome to participate in any class or workshop as long as someone is at the vendor booth at all times.
Ohmfest is not responsible for any vendor property. 

Vendor spaces are predetermined by the Ohmfest team, they are not first come first serve.Vendors will receive a detailed vendor map two weeks before the festival. 
Ohmfest does not provide tents, tables or chairs. It is recommended that each vendor have a canopy, small tent, tables, chairs and battery operated lights. Ohmfest will provide festival lighting. vendor spaces do not have electric or lighting. Prepare for wind and rain.Vendor parking + vendor camping are permitted at vendor space (in designated vendor camping area). Vendors are encouraged to camp but not required.
Re-Entry to the festival is permitted with wrist band and ID.
Insurance is not required to be a merchandise/art vendor.
Vendors are required to bring a small give away item ($20 or less) for the festival raffle.
Vendors are expected to advertise their attendance at the festival.
Vendor Fee is $75.00
