OHMFEST 2023 VENDOR APPLICATION

Welcome Ohmie! Please READ THOROUGHLY AND fill out the vendor application below.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Only One Vendor Per Product will be accepted to avoid saturation.
Dates: September 30-October 1, 2023.
Where: Akridge Scout Reservation
Vendor Hours are 9:00AM - 8:00PM on Saturday September 30, 2023
and 10:00AM - 2:00PM on Sunday October 1, 2023.
SUNDAY IS A VENDOR FAIR! THIS WILL BE FREE TO THE PUBLIC!
Gates Open Friday September 29th at 5:00pm For Campers & Vendors. Vendors Are Welcome To Arrive Friday at 5:00pm But not Required.
vendors receive a 15X15 space = 225 square feet.
Vendors are permitted to bring two workers to assist for the weekend.
Vendor & Vendor Workers are welcome to participate in any class or workshop as long as someone is at the vendor booth at all times. Ohmfest is not responsible for any vendor property.
No additional vendor tickets will be provided, Vendors may purchase a second vendor space to bring 3 additional helpers & receive an additional 15X15 space.
Vendor spaces are predetermined by the ohmfest team, they are not first come first serve.
Vendors will receive a detailed vendor map two weeks before the festival.
Ohmfest does not provide tents, tables or chairs. It is recommended that each vendor have a canopy, small tent, tables, chairs and battery operated lights.
Ohmfest will provide festival lighting but vendor spaces do not have electric or lighting.
Prepare for wind and rain.
Vendor parking is next to vendor space for convenient Load In & Load Out.
Vendor camping is directly behind vendor spaces.
Vendors are encouraged to camp but not required.
Vendors working Saturday and Sunday are welcome to go home saturday night and return sunday morning, no later than 9:00am.
Re-Entry to the festival is permitted with wrist band and ID.
Insurance is not required to be a merchandise/art vendor.
Vendors are required to bring a small give away item for the festival raffle.
Vendors are expected to advertise their attendance at the festival.
Vendor Fee is $80.00
