Welcome to the Aligned Artisan, a gathering space for yogis and artists. This month, join Stephanie Austin of Artified Junk Rescue, at Shakti Yoga, to unleash your creativity and learn the art of resin casting. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll discover how to transform everyday objects, keepsakes, and unique materials into stunning resin pieces that are both functional and decorative. More information about Artified Junk Rescue can be found at https://www.artifiedjunkrescue.com/ What You’ll Learn In This Workshop: Resin Basics: Understand the types of resin, mixing techniques, safety tips, and how to get rid of the bubbles! Design & Composition: Explore creative ways to arrange items like jewelry, watch parts, circuit boards, and other small treasures. Half the fun is the intentional arrangement! Embedding Objects: Learn how to securely embed items in resin for a crystal-clear finish Optional: Bring Your Memories From Home You are welcome to bring items and mementos from home. Please keep in mind that most projects are very shallow and small and some materials do not mix well with resin. When you bring them, I'll provide advice on if your items will work! What You'll Take Home: A custom resin piece featuring your choice of embedded objects—electronics for a tech-inspired look, jewelry for a glamorous vibe, vintage watch parts for a steampunk aesthetic, or any combination of these! Provided with each class: resin mold and sustainable items to put in your project, such as shells, stones, industrial parts, broken jewelry, stained glass, pottery, etc. Once you're done filling your mold, the project must cure overnight and be sanded. I will bring completed projects back to venue for pickup within 1-2 weeks. Required: Wear provided gloves (latex, rubber etc) Clothes that you don't care about possibly ruining (resin doesn't wash out of clothing!) We already work in a ventilated area, so masks are optional. Investment: $28

Cancellation Policy: All Sales Final: Floor Yoga- You must cancel at least 60 minutes prior to the start of class in order to request a reschedule. Aerial Yoga- You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of class in order to request a reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking you can cancel class on your booking app, email Ruby at frontdesk@shaktiyogallc.com or call 302-696-2288 and leave a VM. What Happens If I Paid A Drop In and I Missed My Yoga Class? 1. Shakti Yoga Will Not charge you for a missed 'drop in' class or 'speciality yoga class'. 2. Shakti Yoga Will Not refund you for a missed 'drop in' class or 'speciality yoga class'. 3. Floor Yoga- You must cancel at least 60 minutes prior to the start of class in order to request a reschedule. 4. Aerial Yoga- You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of class in order to request a reschedule. 5. Shakti Yoga will reschedule your first missed Aerial Yoga class. 6. Shakti Yoga Will not reschedule your missed class if you are a no call, no show. EVENTS/SPECIAL CLASSES/WORKSHOP: (Ohmfest/Sound Baths/Workshops) All sales are final. If you book + pay for an event/specialty class or workshop and you need to cancel, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event start time to receive a refund.
