Ohmfest 2024 Food Vendor Application

Vendor Hours Arrival + Set UP 10:00AM
Vending hours 11:00am-10:00pm
Food Vendors will receive as much space as they need for set up.Food Vendors are permitted to bring an adequate number of Workers to ensure good service. Each worker will need to obtain a (free) general admission ticket. Every person attending Ohmfest will need a ticket for entry. workers can obtain tickets two ways:1. applying vendor can add worker names+ emails on this application and all tickets wil be emailed to applying vendor or. 2 workers can obtain their own (free) general admission ticket through the website. Food Vendors are welcome to participate in any class or workshop as long as a worker is at the food truck at all times. Ohmfest is not responsible for any vendor property. Food Vendor spaces are predetermined by the ohmfest team, they are not first come first serve.Food Vendors will receive a detailed vendor map two weeks before the festival. Ohmfest does not provide tents, tables or chairs. IT is recommended that each Food vendor bring everything they need to provide adequate service, including generators. Ohmfest will provide adequate lighting in the food truck area.Prepare for wind and rain.Vendor camping is directly behind vendor spaces.Vendors are encouraged to camp but not required.Food and Alcohol Vendors are welcome to go home saturday nightand return sunday morning, no later than 9:00am.Food Vendors do not need to obtain a permit from the city of dover as we arerenting private property. Food Vendors must be insured and hold a valid business license in the state of Delaware.Vendors are expected to advertise their attendance at the festival. Food Vednors will not be permitted to enter the festival after 11:00am.
Food Vendor Fee $80.00 
If your application is denied for ANY reason you will be refunded in full.
