Ohmfest is a grassroots yoga, art and music festival hosted by Shakti Yoga.
Our mission is to grow the yoga and music community in Dover, Delaware by providing a setting for grassroot pioneers in yoga, art and music to connect and create.
Our vision is to bring together local healers, artists, and musicians to create an unforgettable festival experience that inspires our community to practice yoga, create art and play music.
Ohmfest is a financially sustainable yoga, arts and music festival. We rely on local business sponsors, donations and ticket sales to fund this event. We offer a variety of yoga experiences led by local yoga teachers throughout the day, and a magical mix of live local musical acts in the evening. We collaborate with other local small businesses, food vendors, craft vendors and nonprofit organizations so attendees can shop and eat local while at Ohmfest. We are a family and fur-friendly festival; there is an entire kids zone dedicated to your little ones. Ohmfest is a jammed packed, day of fun!

Workshop/Meditation - Meditations in *e*Motion are essentially meditations done through movement, set to music, and tied to various emotions. Some emotions can be so strong they’re almost paralyzing. This revolutionary tool will teach you how to “move” through those emotions (literally). Have you ever experienced such deep grief that you wondered if you’d ever be truly happy or feel “like yourself” again? Or felt stuck in an emotion that you just couldn’t shake (sadness/anger/stress/frustration), and wished you could somehow let it go and move forward? You actually can. Learn how to shift out of not-so-great feeling emotions, enhance your positive feelings, and improve emotional well-being overall. This practice is a total life game changer! And these short moving meditations can easily be incorporated into daily life.
