OHMFEST 2023 FOOD & ALCOHOL VENDOR APPLICATION

Welcome Ohmie! Please READ THOROUGHLY AND fill out the Food & Alcohol vendor application below.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Dates: September 30-October 1, 2023.
Where: Akridge Scout Reservation
1910 Baden Powell Wy, Dover, DE 19904
Vendor Hours are 9:00AM - 9:00PM on  Saturday September 30, 2023
and 10:00AM - 2:00PM on Sunday October 1, 2023. 
In addition to The Yoga, Art & Music Festival, there is a free vendor fair on Sunday, October 1st.
Food & Alcohol Vendors will receive as much space as they need for set up.
Food & Alcohol Vendors are permitted to bring an adequate number of Workers to ensure good service. Food & Alcohol Employer will be asked to provide contact information for workers attending the festival.
Food and Alcohol Vendors are welcome to participate in any class or workshop as long as a worker is at the vendor booth at all times.
Ohmfest is not responsible for any vendor property. 
Food and Alcohol Vendor spaces are predetermined by the ohmfest team,
they are not first come first serve.
Food and Alcohol Vendors will receive a detailed vendor map two weeks before the festival. 
Ohmfest does not provide tents, tables or chairs. IT is recommended that each Food and Alcohol vendor bring everything they need to provide adequate service.
Ohmfest will provide festival lighting but vendor spaces do not have electric or lighting.
Prepare for wind and rain.
Vendor camping is directly behind vendor spaces.
Vendors are encouraged to camp but not required.
Food and Alcohol Vendors are welcome to go home saturday night
and return sunday morning, no later than 9:00am.
Food and Alcohol Vendors do not need to obtain a permit from the city of dover. 
Food and Alcohol Vendors must be insured and hold a business license in the state of Delaware.
Vendors are expected to advertise their attendance at the festival.

Food and Alcohol Vendor Fee
$100.00 - $75 invoice to be sent upon application approval.


Your $25.00 Deposit will be returned after all of your obligations are fulfilled.
