About the Event
This yoga class will be restorative, relaxing, beginner friendly, pre natal friendly and postpartum friendly. Babies are welcome to join new mom for this class. Donations will be accepted at the door, all proceeds will be donated to Postpartum Support International. RSVP or just show up.
