About the Event
Join Ruby + Floyd on 10/12/24 at 12noon for a transformative afternoon of yin yoga and sound healing. Relax your body with gentle yin yoga poses, serenade your soul with vibrational sound from singing bowls, chimes, gongs + other musical instruments and calm your mind with a guided meditation. $30 for members $35 for non members. 16 Spaces Available.
Please bring a yoga mat. All other yoga props will be provided. Dress comfortable and warm. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up.
