Ohmfest Music and Yoga Festival
When: April 25 & 26 2020 Gates Open at 7:30 am on April 25 and Close at 5:00 pm on April 26.

Vendor Fee: Craft Vendors $40.00 Non-Refundable Fee. Fee & Application Due By 2/29/2020
Food Vendors 20% of Total Sales. Sales Report and Payment Due 4/26/2020 Before Leaving Festival Premises.
All vendors are to arrive and be set up no later then 9:00 am on April 25, packed up and off premises no earlier then 5:00 pm on April 26. Vendors will have access to camp for the weekend. Vendors will be given a ‘plus one ticket’ to bring along a friend/worker. Any additional people will need to purchase a festival ticket. Children under 12 are free. If vendors do not want to camp, they can leave premises no earlier than 9 pm and return the next morning by 7:30am. Vendors can leave their merchandise on premises if they choose to leave for the night but Ohmfest, its founders, and its workers, are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen merchandise that is left unattended.
Vendors must have coverage at their booth AT ALL TIMES. No exceptions.
Vendors must bring their own cash drawer and credit card processor.
Vendors will be provided with Trash and Recycling Bags and are responsible for cleaning & keeping their space presentable. All trash and recycling are to be disposed of in the large receptacles near the front entrance of the property.
Vendors must unload their vehicle and park in designated vendor parking. No exceptions.
Vendor location will be determined by festival coordinator. Location will be determined based on size of booth/table/tent, craft/merchandise, and attraction.
There will not be electric hook up for vendors. Please plan accordingly.
