Sound Meditation with Mary Lampert

Sound Meditation is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body and mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony, wellness, and relaxation. Sound meditations use such instruments as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Chimes, Bells, Drums, Rain Sticks, and of course the Voice. Mary Lampert is a Certified Sound Therapist and a 2009 graduate from Cyma Therapy with the International Sound Therapy Association.
