Meditate & Create
Begin with gentle yoga stretches, breathe work and a guided candlelit meditation then embrace the creative part of your being and create your own Sage bundle. Please bring any dried flower, or herb you wish to add to your bundle. White sage and non toxic string to wrap your bundle will be provided. Being any blankets, pillows, or other props you want to keep your comfortable during meditation. 15 Spaces Available. $13 Per Person. Must Pre-Register For This Event. Registration Closes 3/10/20
