Join Ruby, Amy + Jessica from Shakti Yoga for a fun-filled, 2 hour workshop that focuses on partner yoga, acro yoga and partner inversions! No previous experience is necessary. You do not need a partner to register but if you have a partner, thats great! This is a great way to connect with a loved one, friend or lover. OR a great way to meet new people!Â
Size, age, and shape do not matter. You will be lead through a series of partner stretches, playful poses and fun partner inversions.Â
Please bring a yoga mat. Â
