Meditate&Create ; Oil Roll-on
Begin with gentle yoga stretches, breathe work and a guided candlelit meditation then embrace the creative part of your being and create your own Sage bundle. Please bring any dried flower, or herb you wish to add to your bundle. Essential Oils, lavender and rose petals will be provided. Bring any blankets, pillows, or other props you want to keep your comfortable during meditation
