Glow Yin Yoga

Join Ruby Z for a 90 Minute Yin Glow Yoga Class To Celebrate The Full Pink Moon. The Pink Moon brings the energy of rebirth and renewal as we move into the Spring Season. Pair that rebirthing energy with some yummy Yin yoga and feel all your worries of winter melt away. Yin Yoga is a slow pace style of yoga practice. Yoga poses are held for a longer period of time using the support of props. This class is all about the deep stretch, release and relaxation. We will illuminate under black lights while wearing glow sticks and paint.  Please wear white/light colors, arrive 15-30 minutes early to paint your self and put on your glow sticks.
