Gentle Aerial Yoga + Sound Meditation

Join Ruby for a unique yoga experience. In this 75 minute class we will explore the very basics of aerial yoga including, hand placements, foundational poses, fun transitions and even how to safely invert (go upside down).  Students will be supported and guided through this entire class. After aerial play time students will nestle your way into the aerial hammock and enjoy a Sound Meditation. The sound will be created with singing bowls, chimes, gongs and voice.
