- March's Full Moon in Virgo invites us to go DEEP. Virgo is governed by Mercury, the messenger planet of communication. Communicating can be exhausting. An boy has there been a lot of communication happening these past few years. Its time to stop, ground and recharge. Join Ruby on the 18th for an evening of Vin-Yin Yoga and Sound Bath. 30 Minutes Vinyasa Flow-30 Minutes Yin Yoga-30 Minutes Sound Bath. This is going to be an experience you do not want to miss.
- The Lenten Moon, the final moon of the winter season, is the most optimal time to release old stagnant energy and celebrate your efforts of surviving the winter season. You have worked hard to get where you are. Honor your progress. Take some time for yourself: reflect, absorb, tune out from the world for just a little while. Explore your inner world. This experience will be gentle, mindful and unique.
- Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you may want to be super comfortable for your sound bath. We do offer yoga bolsters, blocks, and straps: you are welcome to bring a blanket, a pillow or any other meditation tool you need to get fully Zen.
