 Full Moon Flow & Tribe Gathering

Full Moons are an optimal time to release unwanted internal energy. Energize your body with a Kundalini inspired yoga flow, calm your mind with a peaceful meditation, and connect with your divine feminine energy as you release what does not serve you. Stay and mingle with the Shakti Tribe after class. Bring your own mug to enjoy a cup of hot tea (Or Wine) while we connect through conversation.
