Envision Yoga Workshop

Created by a team of empowered women and coined by Vidya Heisel, join Carmela Jade at Shakti Yoga Studio in manifesting your new reality! Using various techniques you will learn how to break old patterns and create new realities. First will discuss in length the chakra system and how it ties into overall wellness. Then explore NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and how changing your words shift the mindset. Wrapping up the informative portion by creating our own personal mantras that correspond with each of the seven chakras.
