Three Week Beginner’s Yoga Series At Shakti Yoga Tribe
This is the ultimate beginner yoga series!
This three week series is created to make the beginning of your yoga journey as stress free as possible.
Together we will learn: This History of Yoga. -WHY do we even practice??
The Foundations of Yoga. -WHAT skills and techniques do you need to know before practicing yoga??
The breakdown of Vinyasa Flow. -HOW do you safely move though a yoga practice??
Safe / modified poses that work for your body. -EVERY Person is different and requires a different set of skills to practice yoga.
We will also discuss: .Yamas & Niyamas: The Ethical Practice of Yoga. .Pranayama: Ancient & Powerful Breathing Techniques. .Asana: Yoga Poses Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois. .Vinyasa: Safe & Proper Transitions For Your Body. .Dhyana: Meditation & Self Observation Practices
The goal of this series is to help you reclaim your personal power, provide you with a safe yoga practice foundation, and provide you with the confidence to practice yoga anywhere.

October 30 Plus two classes per week=three classes total each week. Saturdays Mandatory.
Time Class starts promptly at 11:00am and ends at 12:30pm.

What do you need? A yoga mat, a water bottle, and a journal.
Cost Your investment is $108.00
This cost includes all introduction classes, class materials and an Unlimited Yoga Membership for the month of September at Shakti Yoga. Each class will include a meditation, instruction and class discussion.
